About Rotaract

Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours. Rotaract helps build future leaders and budding world revolutionaries.

We are a part of a community that breeds confident, energetic and exuberant youth who are going to carry the world on their shoulders in the coming years. When you’re a part of RCTSEC, you get to experience everything in life and this makes you ever ready for the future.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision, the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Our team is determined to get the best and extraordinary results together. We believe that when all people in our team run the same race, the results will definitely come along. We are RCTSEC and we believe in our club motto, “Together Everyone Achieves More”

We are part of RID 3141 Zone 1A and we are mentored and guided by our parent club, Rotary Club of Bombay Airport.

Theme for RY 2021-22

Our theme for the upcoming year is carefully designed around the three pillars of active citizenship namely awareness, advocacy, and support.

Great leaders “rally” people to realize and bring about a vision of a better future. This year, we at RCTSEC, aim to help students broaden their perspective, equip them with a better understanding of the society they live in and the challenges that it confronts.

As we cultivate new leaders, it’s crucial we realize the importance of introspection and self-awareness. All our lives, we’ve been asked to blindly consume. We’re brainwashed into believing we’re powerless. But the truth is that the power we possess is enormous and when wielded effectively, we can bring about the change we wish to see. So it’s important for each of us to look inwards and work towards a “rebuild” of thoughts, priorities, and mindset.

This RY we seek to create awareness, lead action, and extend support. We hope to encourage our peers to “rise” above all biases and embrace compassion and kindness. By tapping into their leadership potential and building their capacity to mobilize people, we hope and believe that together we can create a world that is more inclusive and tolerant.
