About Rotaract

Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours. Rotaract helps build future leaders and budding world revolutionaries.

About RCTSEC

Rotaract Club of Thadomal Shahani Engineering believes in changing the world with honesty, respect and humanity. We take charge and action to whatever problems the world throws at us. We make sure that our members feel important and that they have fun whilst making the community a better place. Our team strives at making the community a happy, humble and safe place to be in. All our members are engineering students who strive to engineer a better future. We are a part of a community that breeds confident, energetic and exuberant youth who are going to carry the world on their shoulders in the coming years. When you’re a part of RCTSEC, you get to experience everything in life and this makes you ever ready for the future.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision, the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Our team is determined to get the best and extraordinary results together. We believe that when all people in our team run the same race, the results will definitely come along. We are RCTSEC and we believe in our club motto, “Together Everyone Achieves More”

We are part of RID 3141 Zone 1A and we are mentored and guided by our parent club, Rotary Club of Bombay Airport.

Theme for RY 2022-23

Our theme for the upcoming year is wisely inspired from Emily Dickinson’s poem – “Dwell in Possibility”.

Hope gives us numerous chances to express ourselves. Through RCTSEC, we aim to show the world who we are, and in turn, give them small tokens of love and gratitude. We are inspired by the poet, and aspire to turn impossible things into possible ones. Positive attributes of creativity and observation complement our service, as it reaches up, boundless to the sky, and allows us to attempt to understand the world. The deeper we dive into this year, there will be more openings, more doors, and more windows, more possibilities. There are many more chances to see outside, make decisions, and have something interesting show up than there are in dark oblivion. We walk on a lovely, eventful path, towards a very bright light. A light that shines of hope. We dwell in possibility.
